Friday evening 4-21-17
This sweet girl was struck by a car....
with a strong will to live, she began to drag herself across the street to a small store for help.
Several people stopped yet no one knew what to do.
4-22-17 Saturday morning a plea went out on Facebook... I felt the plea in my heart!
I jumped in my car and went searching for her. Once I located her... Spoke with a few people,I loaded her in my car and straight to the Emergency clinic we went.
After checking her over and xrays taken...
xrays show she has a broken back and is paralyzed from the waist down.
ER vet recommended euthanasia and searching my heart ...praying and discussing with a wonderful friend in Minnesota who has special needs babies..... and most of all.... looking into this babies eyes..... The decision to give her a 2nd chance was made!
Petals has a strong will to live.... and I along with several wonderful people have promised to do everything possible to see that she gets that chance.
After great care, Petals is now actually WALKING!!!!!
