I rescued Phoenix from under an abandoned house out in the country. She was roughly 6 weeks old and 7lbs. We already had 3 dogs and 3 cats so I took her in while looking to find a furever home for her. It didn't take long for her to steal our hearts so she became a permanent member of our family. Now, 2 years later, she's an 80lb sweetheart and our 5-month old son has stolen her heart. I'm so happy they get to grow up together because I know they'll be best friends.
