Winter was rescued along with her 9 siblings from a remote community up island when her owners were not able to care for or feed them. VPAS stepped in to care for the puppies, and as a volunteer I offered to foster, failed fostering 101 & the rest is history in the making. Winter has been a blessing & I am so greatful for all that VPAS has done & continues to do ~
