It took me so long to enter because my intention was to enter the two of my babies together but just as the contest began , we lost Jager and I was devastated. He was just shy of 14 years old and brought so much joy. But he was more than just a pretty face and the love of my life but he saved lives too! When a stray dog attacked the children as they were out on a walk, Jager and dad fought him off. Jager was a hero that day but neither he nor dad came away unscathed. This was one of the last pictures we got of him and we decided to enter it because he and his sister were inseparable. He was the most wonderful companion and he is missed so very much.
