Pet's Story or Bio
Ciao! I'm Evangelina, which my mom tells me that means 'good news' or something like that? Do you want to hear a divine Gotcha story?! When she came to the shelter to find a new feline friend after her longtime little buddy passed away, she had in mind to name them Evangelina. Well, my friends at the shelter so happened to have named me Evangeline! As you can imagine, it was meant to be.. I had a tough start to life and came to Young-Williams as a stray. I have to admit that I was nervous about my new home sweet home. However, I now spend my days sunning on the windowsill or on the bed nearby to watch the birds, love lots of pets when I want them (and even better, plenty of space when I want to be to myself). One of my very favorite things to do is to perch in a chair in our cucina, to watch when she cooks. It's especially fun to try to paw at the wooden spoons. Even more, I love my jingly toy balls and birdy toys that chirp. As the saying goes, 'La vita e' bella' here in my new casa. I'm so happy that you stumbled across my little story and are willing to help all of my fellow furry friends here at Young-Williams Animal Center! Grazie!
