Pet's Story or Bio
Terra was adopted from the Humane Rescue Alliance in 2008 (then the Washington Humane Society) when she was 8 months old. She had spent several months as a very scared stray near the Catholic University and the Humane Society Officers worked tirelessly to gain her trust, finally luring her in with chicken nuggets. Terra put on much needed weight and lives a happy, healthy life with her Dads in the U St neighborhood in DC. One of her favorite places on earth is Meridian Hill Park – especially when the fountains are on!
