Pet's Story or Bio
Charlie was found on the street in Fredericksburg, VA in March 2019. He was very hungry and looking for a warm home when a neighbor kindly brought him in and got him the medical care he needed. He loves being a city cat in DC now and hanging out with his cat sister and brothers.
