Hopper's previous owners surrendered him to the Humane Rescue Alliance after he got hit by a car and they could not afford the medical bills. HRA amputated his leg and fixed him up to be ready for his furever home. His new owners met him and knew he was the one as he was purring through the cage, 3 legged, and cone-headed. They signed the papers that day and never looked back!
