Hugs is actually part of pair, one of the two....his sister Kisses passed away unexpectedly a year ago. Both were rescued Bichon-Poodle mix at 14 weeks from a puppy mill. While we rescued them - they in turn rescued us! Hugs is now 13 years old and he loves unconditionally. He has classic Bichon Frise tendencies - barking always to alert us to people, cars, birds, and unidentified objects that we cannot see! There is never enough attention or belly rubs. He must be the center at all times, demanding acknowledgment and affection. Loyal and completely focussed., his button eyes touch the soul. He runs both our household and our hearts. While his grief continues, looking for his sister daily - his love endures and we honor him today and always for his tenacity of spirit and resiliency. Thank you Hugs!
