Our sweet Ernie came from Texas as a result of Ruff Start Rescue's hard work, compassion and networks. Ernie was found on the Texas streets and made his way to Minnesota, he had heartworm and suffered from severe separation anxiety. Ernie was treated for heartworm successfully. Our other dog Elvis continues to help him with separation anxiety. Ernie loves his dog bed, massages, cuddles as well as his people and adopted brother. He continues to bring joy and unconditional love to our lives everyday. Ernie loves Santa and Christmas as much as his mom!! 🎅
