Miss Keto was surrendered in very poor condition after her owner died. Nearly blind and deaf with a chronic cough, rotten teeth, and infected skin, she came to MN. Ruff Start brought her back to health and we took it from there. This sassy lady is now the boss of us and we wouldn’t have it any other way!!!
