Hi I'm Tex! I was found wandering the streets of Texas and rescued by Ruff Start! My mom and dad adopted me in November 2020. I LOVE food and my favorite game is tug of war. I'm not so good in the water yet, but I love being on the water, it's like the extreme version of sticking my head out of the car window! My nickname is Mr. Nibbles because I like to softly hold hands with my humans, but with my mouth.
