Pet's Story or Bio
We found Ruby curled up at the front of our neighborhood with an old leash on the ground next to her. We searched for her family for quite awhile but never found them. After having her for a month, we decided to call her our girl even though she had started having seizures.
Regardless, we kept her and got her medicine for the monthly seizures that actually suddenly stopped after a year. She became the mascot for my oldest daughter and her roommates at Georgia Southern. If any boys came over, she would watch them like a hawk!
She's now an old lady that can't hear well, can't do steps well and has had two Vestibular disease episodes (Canine Vertigo). We realize we don't have many more years with this girl but are enjoying the time we have left.
