GPRM’s Ella was like many Pyrs when they are pulled from the shelter. Quite a mess physically and emotionally. Over the first few months as my foster, she and I healed together. I had just lost my Pyr to cancer, and she needed to learn to trust and had many health issues she needed care through. She healed my heart and I like to think I helped her on her journey to be the girl she is today. No longer my foster, she was home.
