Share your setter’s story and why he/she should be our next Cover Star!
Mulligan came to share his life with us in January 2000....he was an owner surrender back to Lancaster County Humane League! Seems he had been saved from a multiple dog owner who just had too big a heart but not time, finances and energy to care for All his dogs. Humane League then placed him with a fellow that thought his Girlfriend would be Pleased to receive a Huntting Dog for Xmas! Note! It's never a good idea to give a dog as an Xmas gift! His name@That time was Dexter but MULLIGAN seemed a much better monger!
He was given another chance with us! Sadly he passed away in Match 2015/ we miss him dearly! We were blessed to enjoy 15 wonderful years of LOYALTY, LOVE, & COMPANIONSHIP! This is one of the Last photos of Mulli-man enjoying a day@the Florida beach, Feb 2015.....one of the last promises we made to Mulligan was that we would do our best to adopt and offer a good home to another English Setter...that's his legacy!......BOGEY is his Brother! Although, they did not meet, I'm sure Mulligan would encourage you to VOTE for BOGEY!
