Rules

Participating photos must meet the following standards.

• Photos must feature either a dog(s) or a cat(s), only – no humans or other animals.
• Photos may be either amateur or professional.
• By law, wine labels may not contain any image or art work depicting any flag, insignia, stamp or seal of the United States of America. This includes all federal, state, military or other government flags, insignia, stamps or seals. Other restrictions include obscene, defamatory or offensive image or content.
• All images submitted must meet ALL of the following guidelines:
  • Photo Size: 4” x 4” or larger
  • Resolution: 150 dpi or greater
  • File Format jpeg, png, psd or pdf files accepted
  • File Size: 250 kb or greater
• All winning images are subject to editing as deemed necessary to provide a cohesive and professional-looking label. Editing may include cropping, resizing, re-coloring or other formatting as needed to achieve graphic unity across all six (6) labels.
• AAR reserves the right to refuse images that do not meet these minimum specifications and rules.
