My Pet's Story
Kai and Koi(koi will have his own photo) Were originally Sammy and Dean, both 9 month old brothers. I had just lost both of my cats right before the pandemic started. My vet suggested Abandoned Pet Rescue. I went with no particular expectations but Cheryl insisted that Sammy and Dean were the ones for me. And how right she was. Kai means huggable and he never met a person he didn’t love. You look at him and he starts purring. But he is such an imp and always getting into trouble. Like the day he broke into the bag of dried chickpeas and tossed them all around the kitchen floor. I can’t imagine life without them and to say they love each other is an understatement. The boys are always running around after each other and when they get tired they get busy cleaning each other. It was hard to find a good picture of Kai because almost every picture I have is of him jumping into something jumping on something or running after his brother.
