My Pet's Story
Our beautiful Eileen came to us through an Animal Control posting. She was a tiny girl who had tragically lost part of her left rear leg and half of her tail in some sort of accident. Being a special needs kitty, chances were slim for her to find a fur-ever home, but one look at that little face, and we knew she was ours. With the help of APR, we brought Eileen home to meet her new fur-brother and sisters. She was fearless - all two pounds of her showed everyone that she was not going to back down from a challenge! She doesn't have a clue that she is "handicapped", and can run and jump and play with the best of them. She is a very sweet, happy kitty who loves to help mom make the bed and fold laundry (so she can play with the socks)!
