Share your setter’s story and why he/she should be our next Cover Star!
We were privileged enough to be the chosen family from Above and Beyond English Setter Rescue to adopt Winston. He is deaf and loves life. Winston has a pretty incredible story coming all the way from the east coast and after serviving a car accident and having a 3 day adventure ( unsupervised) in the desert; his first adopter had to do the unbearable and give Winston back to the organization. From the second my husband and I laid eyes on Wini we knew he would complete our furry family. Winston loves chasing shadows and spending time in the sun but adores cuddle time with whomever is on the couch or in bed. Even though he may be deaf he is by far one of the smartest dogs and excels at learning new hand signals. Everyone adores him no matter what his next adventure is; he leaves a paw print on your heart. I believe he should be the next cover star because he might be deaf but he is above and beyond a superstar!
