Share your setter’s story and why he/she should be our next Cover Star!
Min"NEHA"ha is our sweet little deaf setter. We got her through A&BES Rescue on March 18th this year and she has lit up our life. This picture was at the coast and she was having the time of her life with the water and the birds!!! Did someone say birds? Neha is a little hunter, she loves hunting our chickens. Luckily for them they are in a fenced in section of the yard that she hasn't figured out how to access...yet!
Neha doesn't let her deafness keep her down. She has an adventurer's heart. She has been canoeing, camping, backpacking and to a Native American Reservation. Plus it comes in handy when her big brother tries to tell her what to do, she never listens. Everyday is the best day of her life. I think we could all take a lesson from her on this outlook.
Side note: She has a Scottish accent and her people are from the highlands. Don't ask, I have to give the dogs a voice and this one is perfect for her. Everything is a question :)
