Share your setter’s story and why he/she should be our next Cover Star!
In 2010, Wylie was found by a roadside with his deaf sister in Abilene, Texas. They were only 3.5 months old but already a very bonded pair. Their foster family insisted they be adopted together and ended up a double foster failure!

Fast forward and now Wylie is seven years old. He is quite the character spending his days hunting bugs, birds, and butterflies. He can entertain himself for hours watching a frog. One of his nicknames is Mr. Wiggles. Wylie is one of those setters that gets so excited he wiggles his entire body and not just wag his tail. He is quite the athlete making amazing frisbee catches. He loves playing chase with his 5 other setter family members but especially with his sissy. He will body slam her - jump in the air and do a spin to the right, hit the ground, jump up and do an immediate spin to the left and run away with sissy in hot pursuit! We get tired just watching them!

Wylie and his sister are still very bonded. He always makes sure to go get his “sissy” when it’s time to go out, get a snack, or eat a meal. He will go wake her so she never misses out on anything!

Wylie enjoys getting his picture taken and is great getting into “character” and striking a perfect pose! Did I mention how brave he is? Not even spooks and skeletons in the night can scare this boy!
