Cloud was diagnosed with heartworm and Lyme's disease in September 2016, and his owned passed away shortly after. He was living alone outside in his kennel in southern IL throughout the Fall, Winter and Spring with neighbors and relatives stopping by to care for him. He was finally surrendered in late May and is now in foster care, undergoing heartworm treatment. Cloud is a wonderful, gentle soul who just wants to love and be loved. He is very calm and enjoys the company of his setter siblings (Beau and Jura), but mostly just wants to be with people. He's a big teddy bear who just needed a second chance at life!
