A little about me...
Misty had a very hard time adjusting after our beloved hospice A&BESR, Sweet Ossa, “Mr. Beans”, was kissed over the Rainbow Bridge earlier this year. He had shared our adventures for many more months than forecast. We all miss him.
We saw Cloudy’s request for a foster as we were leaving to take Felicity to study in Scotland and his dear face touched our hearts. Impossible timing!
After returning from Scotland, we enquired about Cloudy, although we expected he would have found his forever home. He was still waiting...a week later he began his epic journey from UT to NJ. On October 6th, he met Misty and her tail began to wag again! They matched perfectly in coat and disposition.
Cloudy found our sofas, chipmunks, the neighbours’ children and dogs, discovered we have ice cream dishes to be cleaned every Saturday and Sunday and became our devoted shadow.
Sadly, in March, Misty developed a tumour in her heart and broke ours as she joined her brothers, Windy and Sweet Ossa.
Cloudy is now an Only Dog...working to mend our hearts as our Lockdown Therapist. With us all at home, he has gained the COVID-10...in pounds! He enjoys his sofa privileges, acts much younger than his 13 years, earned his nickname of “Mr. Boing” by flying into the house to “boing” onto a sofa after his Senior Zoomies outside.
We plan on a special celebration on July 2nd for his 14th birthday!!!
