Your Pet's Story or Bio
Percy was a tiny, emaciated piglet who was found alone and in the middle of the road at just eight weeks old. After witnessing him nearly get hit by multiple vehicles while walking our dog, there was absolutely no sense in leaving him there. He was less than 5lbs! It took a lot of patience and coaxing but Percy came home with us, squealing the whole way while we carried him to safety, making sure to alert everyone in town with his high pitched wails (drama queen 👑 ). After fattening him up and having Dr. Crabbe, AAA’s rockstar vet, neuter him, Percy was officially home. He is now coming up on 3 years old and a proud member of the family. Percy has four canine and three feline siblings and also has helped raise many foster puppies (always with safe supervision). By evidence of a constantly wagging tail, Percy is a SUPER happy pig. He is always accepting visitors and adores following his human friends around for a stroll.

Favorite Food: everything, but especially pumpkin and squash
Hobbies: sunbathing, rooting for treasure and gardening (seriously, you should be jealous of his green thumb/hoof)
Accomplishments: growing his own tusks and convincing everyone he meets to give him a belly rub
Bedtime Ritual: roll him up, pig in a blanket style
