Your Pet's Story or Bio
This beautiful boy is Ernie! He is 120lbs of fluffy love. His large size made him a little tricky to adopt at first, but we prefer to think that he was just waiting for us!

Ernie loves to meet new people and was certified as a therapy dog in April! He makes visits to nursing homes, summer camps, and will soon begin visiting hospitals. He brings smiles wherever he goes!

Ernie is also an accomplished foster dog friend. Whether they are staying with us for a few days or several weeks, Ernie is there to show them the ropes! He loves to run with the older dogs and is very gentle with the little puppies.

Favorite pastimes include riding in the car with his head hanging out of the window, chasing all flies that dare to enter our house, and (despite all of his training) attempting to steal any ham that is in his vicinity.
We love this big, goofy boy so much and can’t imagine life without him!
