Other than being super cute, Pip (formally known as Scruffy) is a rescue from down south. A Home at Last (HAL) Dog Rescue affiliate found Pip on Craigslist on a "free to a good home" post. Pip is now living in South Philly with his best bud Foster another HAL alum, and he has two cat siblings, Twig (ACCT alum) and Branch (Morris Animal Rescue alum). Vote for Pip!!!
