Anya spent 3 months at ACCT Philly. She entered the Pen Pal Program and was promoted heavily. Poor little Anya had ringworm and was never allowed to play with other dogs or run around in a yard. Her Pen Pal would visit her many times a week before ultimately taking her into foster care. Anya quickly stole her foster mom's heart and is now a part of her life forever!
