Why should your pet be America’s Next Top Mutt?
We adopted Zero from ACCT a year and a half ago. Back then he went by the name Abner. He was found living in trash in Philadelphia, but thanks to a concerned neighbor and ACCT he was saved from that. We saw him and fell in love with him. Despite having a rough start in life, Zero is the most playful, fun, loving, and smiley dog I have ever met. We are so lucky that we were able to adopt him and have him in our lives!
