June is my first poodle. Over years of professional grooming, I fell in love with this breed. She is versatile, the perfect mix of sweet and smart, and by far the most loyal dog I have ever had.

She wins people’s hearts everywhere she goes. We were hiking once and passed a family on the trail. They had two girls who asked to pet her, and a third who was scared to. I asked June to sit, and slowly, the youngest girl approached. I told her to go ahead and pet her. She stuffed her hands right into June’s neck hair and her face just lit up. Moments later, she was hugging her. Her parents said they had never seen her touch a dog before! That hair is irresistible!
