Your Pet’s Story
I fostered Jordan for seven weeks, the best seven weeks of her life. She got all the attention she could want, toys, walks, and the medical care she desperately needed. She was joyful and playful despite her life-limiting medical conditions. I call her my carpe diem dog. She seized every day she had left, sharing her joy and love.



Best Quality with an example or anecdote
Jordan’s best quality was her joy for life! She loved to play and go for walks, even though they exacerbated her heart and lung condition. One of my final memories of Jordan is of her frolicking around the kitchen even though she had only been released from the emergency veterinary hospital hours before. She was joyful to the very end.
