Adopt Me! Bluegrass Pet Rescue is an incorporated, non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that exists to provide refuge and compassionate care for animals in need while addressing pet overpopulation through education, advocacy, and community outreach. As a fully volunteer-driven organization, we are committed to supporting pets and empowering the people who love them—whether by matching animals with foster and adoptive families, providing medical rehabilitation, or helping pets stay safely with their owners. Together with our dedicated volunteers and community partners, we are building a collaborative network that improves the lives of pets, the families who care for them and our shared communities.
Adopt Me! now rescues and places over 600 dogs, puppies, cats & kittens a year. All animals in our program get needed medical treatments, preventatives, spay/neuter, and microchip. To date, over 3600 animals have been matched with wonderful families through our rescue program.
