IN MEMORY OF CASSIE

Cassie came into our lives in 2018 and, sadly, recently left us. She was far more than a big fluffy guardian who bravely barked at every "threat"—from strangers to a single raindrop. She was my constant companion, my quiet strength, and the gentle soul who always seemed to know exactly what I needed.

When Cassie looked at me, it felt as though she could see straight into my heart. On my hardest days, she had an incredible way of reminding me to keep going, simply by being there. She loved our long walks and our late-night adventures with a flashlight as we wandered wooded trails together. Those moments are memories I will treasure forever.

Every night before bed, I would lean against her, wrap my arms around her, and thank God for bringing her into my life. The love and comfort she gave so freely changed me forever.

My hope is that Cassie's spirit continues to touch others by inspiring donations to help rescue these remarkable Great Pyrenees and give them the loving homes they deserve. There will never be another Cassie, but there are so many wonderful dogs waiting for someone to love them as deeply as I loved her.
