Dewey was adopted from AGPR 8/2024. We quickly realized Dewey had a patellas (knee cap) issues. His knee caps would dislocate causing great pain till mommy popped them back into place. He needed surgeries on each leg to correct the problem. This kept this sweet pup pretty immobile for his first year. Dewey is now 2 yrs old and spends his days on the Shenandoah River in WV with his mom, dad, sister and recently adopted Labradoodle sister, Koda. He is a 100% happy boy with a great love of treats, “playing wolfie” with mommy and lots of pain free walks. Sweetest boy ever! This is our 2nd rescue from APGR and we will always return for the best gentle giants ever. Dewey’s DNA has him at 86% Great Pyrenees and 14% Karakachan or Hungarian Shepherd. His cats, neighbors, and family are always safe with this 104 lb love bug.
