Scooter was found in KY, tied to a tree, with no food or water. He was brought up to New England and, after eye lid surgery, he was put up for adoption. with the help of a sponsor, my family and i were able to adopt scooter and it’s been an amazing 8 years that we have shared with this amazing dog.
