A little about me...
Cedric was found as a stray in Houston with a painfully infected eye. He got it removed, but with the other eye having a cataract- he is completely blind. Cedric traveled to Wisconsin March of 2019 and was quickly diagnosed with heart failure. He was given 6-12 months to live. Cedric has been holding steady over 22 months.
