A little about me...
Hi, I’m Auggie — a distinguished senior gentleman, jazz connoisseur, and part-time brewery celebrity.

My start was rough. I was about six when I was left behind in a rental home after the tenants (my former people) were evicted and locked me inside. Then I spent a long, hot summer at a rural animal control facility — living in a chain-link kennel on a concrete slab, with a tarp for shade. It was brutal heat, storms, and lots of waiting, but I stayed hopeful. I knew someone would come for me.

Eventually, I made it to a rescue program in the big city — and let’s just say, my foster family didn’t stand a chance. They adopted me quickly because, honestly, once you meet me, resistance is futile. ;-)

Now a bit older, I’m living my best life as a beloved city dog. You’ll often find me holding court at local breweries, sitting upright in a chair like a proper gentleman, charming strangers with my soulful eyes and effortlessly building my fan base. While I’ll happily take my humans for the occasional hike or a dip in the river (as long as it doesn't interfere with my nap schedule), I’m a refined urbanite at heart — a regal soul who prefers jazz playlists, plush cushions, and being the center of attention.

I also enjoy watching my dad’s band perform and, when the mood strikes, updating my Insta— because even seniors understand the importance of personal branding.
