A little about me...After falling completely in love with our first Sphynx, we knew our family wasn’t complete without a little girl. That’s how Lumi came into our lives, and from the very beginning she brought an entirely new personality into our home.
Lumi is equal parts sweetheart and diva. One minute she is curled up cuddling with her big brother Nimbi, and the next she is sprinting through the house, climbing to the very top of her cat tree like she is on a mission. She has endless energy, a huge appetite, and never misses a meal. If food is involved, Lumi is the first one to let everyone know she is ready.
One of the sweetest things about her is the bond she shares with Nimbi. They wrestle, chase each other, nap together, and are almost always side by side. Watching them groom each other and curl up together reminds us just how much they love one another. They truly are best friends.
When Lumi was just a baby, she gave us quite a scare with some unexpected health issues. It was one of those moments that reminded us how deeply we had already fallen in love with her. Seeing her healthy again and back to her wild, fearless, and goofy self has been one of the greatest gifts. Her brother was just as happy as we were to have his cuddle buddy home where she belonged.
Lumi has brought so much love, laughter, and personality into our family. She keeps us on our toes every day, makes us laugh constantly, and reminds us that the biggest hearts sometimes come in the tiniest, most mischievous little packages.
