Your Pet's Story or Bio
Dixie was the product of a stray. She was the only puppy born. Her mother was emaciated and no one knew she was pregnant until Dixie was born. Dixie spent time in two foster homes. She was attacked as a puppy by a foster pet and is very skittish. Dixie was adopted by our family at two months of age. They told us she was a chihuahua, however Dixie is seven years old and does not look like a chihuahua . She is extremely loyal and will only take to family members unless she has time to spend with you to feel comfortable. She loves to run and chew on socks. We love her very much.
