Your Pet's Story or Bio
Last December we went to watch the Scottish Parade and after seeing all these rescue dogs we felt the need to go to the shelter. It was 2 1/2 years ago by then that we have lost our dog Snoopy but never felt quite ready to adopt. But this time we saw Heather. She was outside her kennel with her back facing us and shaking. When she turned around to look at me, she looked so sad and it went right into my heart. We kept on coming back and checking up on her and we were finally able to meet and adopt her. Heather is such a sweetheart. She loves going out to the dog park, for long hikes in the woods and to push us with her nose so she gets the cuddles she deserves. Thank you for rescuing her. She makes life so much happier.
