Your Pet's Story or Bio
Rupert was found as a very tiny puppy. He was emaciated with a terrible skin condition. Luckily the vet who treated him was a friend of mine. She called to ask if I could take him home and the rest is history! He's been my constant companion for 11 years.
Barney was surrendered to the Washington Humane Society as his family could no longer take care of him. An older gentleman, he had an ulcerated eye, and terrible teeth making it hard for him to eat. Unfortunately his eye (and a lot of teeth!) had to be removed. He moved in with us while recovering from his surgeries and never left! We had close to 2 great years with him before he passed in October 2015. All the family misses him terribly, especially his best buddy Rupert. We were honored to spend his golden years with him.
