Your Pet's Story or Bio
This is Everest, now about 16 months old. Everest and his siblings were rescued from the most serious neglect in early June 2015. He was estimated to have less than 24 hours to live. He survived in the ICU at VCA Alexandria, and then AWLA staff asked me to foster him. Needless to say it was a "failed foster," and he's now thriving with other dogs at home. Everest is exceedingly gentle; he adores children and even infants. He also likes larger humans and other dogs. Please give so that others like Everest might live. By the way, if you remember him early on, look how handsome he is now. If you remember Everest and his story, please be generous. There are many more like him waiting and hoping for your help.
