Maximus was rescued from a rural, Southern high kill shelter by City Dogs Rescue. It was rumored that his first human family would keep him tied up outside without food or water - he would escape to fend for himself, which is how he found himself at the high kill shelter. No one bothered to go pick him up... He and his new human now enjoy jet setting, staying at hotels, hiking, and laying upon fluffy pillows. Max does not care for thunder or being wet. Max has also become a CDR foster brother - Max believes strongly in paying forward his good fortune!!
