Your Pet's Story or BioSteve, a nine year old Parson Russell Terrier mix, and Caleigh, a sixteen year old West Highland White Terrier, are cousins. Their pet parents, Michael and Lisa are brother and sister. Steve was adopted by Lisa from AWLA in 2014. Steve is nearly blind, but gets along very well in life and is a scrappy little love bug living in the Landmark area of Alexandria. Michael bought Caleigh from a Maryland breeder when she was just a puppy. She lives in Annandale. Caleigh loves to go camping in West Virginia and chase the cows in the cow pasture. Both dogs have a passion for chasing squirrels. This photo was taken at the cousins first meeting in 2014. Because Caleigh is in the twilight of her life, Lisa wanted to see her photo in AWLA's 2017 calendar.
