Tino is a 12.5 yr old Dachshund. We were matched in February 2007 through Dachshund Rescue North America. Tino has enriched my life 10 fold to what I've done for him. His inquisitive nature is typically on display at the Alexandria Dog Park behind the Beatley Library, where he can be found sniffing around the perimeter fencing; looking for the vulnerabilities. One of his favorite past times is rolling around in wet grass and basking in the sunshine (like in the picture). Tino patrols the Holmes Run Park neighborhood and has made many friends. Total strangers (people and dogs alike) come up to him to say hello, this includes cars pulling over so folks can give a quick pat on the back and get a kiss (from the dog) for saying hi! Tino's sweet nature, charming disposition and senior doggie status make him a truly one of kind puppy dog.
