This is Virginia, or "Ginny"! She was adopted from AWLA (Shelter Name: Holly) on June 22, 2014... a belated Father's Day gift for my dad. My brother picked her out at the shelter and then took my dad and my dog, Madison, to meet her and bring her home. The day she was adopted was "Pups in the Park" day at Nationals Park, so Ginny went from the shelter immediately to the ballpark with her new pack -- my dog, my brother's dog, and his girlfriend's dog. Ginny did amazingly well! She was very calm despite all the people and other dogs. After the game, we brought her home to Richmond. She very quickly accepted us as her new family and truly loves her new home. She is still a feisty puppy, but she is also quite the cuddler. We love her!
