Your Pet's Story or Bio
We adopted Emy from AWLA after our older dog Norton unexpectedly passed away. Emy comes from a shelter in West Virginia.
We were not looking for a puppy but as soon as we met(with her sitting at the computer with the AWLA volunteer, felt the connection.
She has been worth all the training we have had to go through again :)
Love how Emy greets us and demands to be picked up for hugs and kisses when we come home. Discovered she hates a small bath but LOVES our whirlpool tub, jumps in whenever mommy is having her bath-time.
Thinks the cats are just playing when they hiss go away. LOL They have never scratched her either. :) Everything is a game to her. Can no longer kiss my husband goodbye without her crying and trying to jump up for her kisses. Emy is a complete joy for us.
