Your Pet's Story or Bio
Paige (previously Betsy) came to AWAL from an overcrowded shelter in Page County, VA. She has been an amputee for an undetermined amount of time, following a farm accident. We adopted her in September 2014 and she is now part of a family. She runs faster than our 7 year old daughter, even as a tripod! She has come to love cuddling and playing with her toys. Running on the beach this summer was a first for her, as she tried to protect us from the waves by barking at them. By the second day, she was splashing around like a seasoned beach bum!
