My husband gave me a kitten,Babe, before he passed. When Babe went missing, I was inconsolable! I went to the local shelter, but she wasn't there. The sweet boy volunteering felt so bad, I was crying uncontrollably. He kept trying to get me to hold kitties, but I was searching for my lost Babe. As I drove home I heard something moving around the backseat. I pulled over and saw a dirty furball on the floorboard. Two beautiful blue eyes looked up at me and I was a goner. This furbaby was coming home with me! I called the shelter to let them know. Although I never found Babe, the heartache of her loss was softened by my dirty lil furball, Kye. He rescued my broken heart and gave me reasons to smile again. This is only the start of our amazing adventure, there's so much more to our story.
