As you can see, Frank is living his best life! Frank was born near the corner of 1st and Oak in the late winter/early Spring of 2010. With assistance from neighbors he was well fed, socialized, and ACA treated as evidence by one short ear. I had just lost my first fur-baby and was not quite ready for a new charge but Frank's calm and loving personality won the day and he has been with me since he was 9 months old. Frank is a VERY good buddy to his people and his sister kitties past and present.
