Nestled in the velvet cupcake, dwells Scooter, the cupcake king. His castle is unlike any other with it's cherry red royal beacon that alerts the world that the king is in residence. All may proceed with treats. Scooter may not roar but his silence speaks volumes. When he emerges, he does so slowly and deliberately, as all great rulers do. His human subjects wish to show their respect by nominating Scooter to be a calendar cat.
